Smoky eyes never go out of fashion and they have always been a wonderful choice in makeup to look gorgeous! The key to get the perfect smoky eyes lies in proper blending of colours that you get by mixing light eye colour with the dark ones.
To get the smoky & sexy look, follow these steps:

To create smooth and clean base, start with applying foundation and under eye concealer and powder
Next – apply eyeshadow base, a primer to eye lid to bring out more intense colours and to keep eye makeup from smearing or smudging
Apply eye liner, thick or thin, but make sure at the outer corner of eye the line is thick
Over the eye lids and into the crease, apply powder eye shadow blending the colour up and outwards
To frame smoky eyes more beautifully, define eyebrows with an eyebrow pencil
To enhance eye effect, use light blush & go for natural shades so that makeup doesn't look heavy
Finish eye makeup with mascara and make sure to blend the color in the lash line, so that eyeliner doesn't highlight much
Note: When eyes makeup is strong, use subtle and light makeup on lips. Apply light or natural shades. Avoid oil based makeup on eyes.

Beautiful eyes improves a girl's beauty manifold and it's equally important you should take good care of eyes. Eyes, if duly not taken proper care, will look dull and haggard, making you look more than your age. This is one of the most common beauty problem.
Here are few tips:

- Gently tap your skin with your ring finger when applying eye cream to encourage the excess cream/fluid to drain away

- Apply the under eye cream only with your ring finger, as this is the weakest one and wont stretch your delicate skin. Use only a little creamStore cream in refrigerator, as the cold cream will help reduce puffiness

- Place strips of grated potatoes under your eyes to help reduce swelling

- Fill a small bowl with iced water or ice cold milk. Soak the cotton pads in the liquid and lie down with the dampened pads over your eyes. Replace as soon as they become warm. Continue this for 15 minutes

Along with reducing puffiness, this will brighten the whites of your eyes.
