Vitamin A: promotes a healthy scalp

Food Sources: Dark green leafy vegetables, orange and yellow fruits and green vegetables

Vitamin B: Complex regulates the secretions of oil, keeps hair healthy and moisturized

Food Sources: Cereals, tomatoes, lean meat, liver, kidney, Brewers' yeast, eggs and green vegetables
