After eating your food you don’t clean your teeth and mouth properly and they start to rot and smell. This in turn becomes a site for bacteria which causes tooth decay also by spreading. This is as a result of poor oral hygiene.

How to prevent this to happen?

Take a good and a proper care of your mouth by brushing your teeth. Brush your tongue, too, because bacteria can grow there Brush your teeth at least twice a day and flossing once a day. Don’t smoke or use tobacco products, this is for sure. Flossing once a day will help to get rid of particles wedged between your teeth. Also, visit your dentist twice a year for regular checkups and cleanings.

The dentist will look around your mouth for any potential problems, including those that can affect breath and give you a thorough cleaning.
